of your Government for repayment of $540 on account of the passages from Hongkong to London
of 3 men who were deported from Shanghai in pursuance of the warrant of the Acting Chief Judge of the Supreme Court for China and Japan has been admitted by the Foreign Office, and the Crown Agents have
been instructed to receive the same to the credit of
the Colony. I have &c.
